The Supreme Court on Thursday issued a contempt of court notice to former Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf for writing a letter to the apex court. Through that letter, Raja had sought the constitution of a commission to probe graft charges against him in Rental Power Plants (RPPs) case.
